




Position Summary: We are seeking an Inventory Analyst with experience in the food industry to ensure data integrity, perform adjustments and audits, and generate management indicators. Use of SAP/WMS and ERP systems We require an 'Inventory Analyst with experience in warehouses of the food industry'. Salary: $11,595.00 monthly gross. (NON-NEGOTIABLE) Education: Technological High School Diploma in Administration / TSU or Industrial Engineering / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Administration / Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Customs or related field. (RECENT GRADUATES or INTERNS) Apply if you possess the following knowledge: - Knowledge of SAP / WMS systems. - Preparation and control of lot-based inventories. - Material and equipment storage techniques; labeling and storage. - Warehouse safety and hygiene. - Knowledge of Chemical Substance Handling; ERP system. - FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system; Good Manufacturing Practices. - ISO 9001-2015. - Production planning. Responsibilities: - ENSURE DATA INTEGRITY IN THE INVENTORY CONTROL SYSTEM. - PERFORM INVENTORY ADJUSTMENTS DUE TO DISCREPANCIES IN COUNTS AND PHYSICAL CONTROLS. - CONDUCT WAREHOUSE AUDITS AND IDENTIFY OUTSTANDING ISSUES. - MAINTAIN INVENTORY LEVELS, ENSURING THEY ARE UP-TO-DATE TO PREVENT STOCKOUTS. - GENERATE AND INTERPRET, AS APPROPRIATE, INVENTORY MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL INDICATORS. Activities: - Develop and execute cyclic inventory plans. - Prepare Kardex records for product inventories. - Develop, execute, and monitor daily inventory plans. - Develop, execute, and monitor weekly inventory plans. - Develop, execute, and monitor monthly inventory plans. - Develop, execute, and monitor annual inventory plans. - Develop and execute special customer-specific inventories. - Develop and execute inventories based on product dwell time. - Coordinate with the supervisor regarding product locations within the warehouse. - Coordinate and conduct inventories of non-conforming products.
