Job Summary: Responsible for recruiting, selecting, and managing unionized personnel, as well as internal communication, training, and maintaining a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage recruitment and selection of unionized personnel. 2. Contribute to a positive work environment through strategies and initiatives. 3. Coordinate employee training and internal communication. • Responsible for the company’s recruitment and selection of unionized personnel, ensuring the optimal number of workers required for efficient process operations. • Compilation of employee files (background checks, medical examinations, documentation, contracts, etc.). • Processing of employee onboarding and offboarding. • Responsible for archiving all documents related to the Human Resources department (safety, procurement, accounts payable, etc.). • Responsible for HR-related recordkeeping, reporting, and document generation. • Archiving, registration, and logistics for all employee training courses. • Contribute to implementing strategies to create and sustain a positive work environment (interviews, surveys, motivation, communication, etc.). • Responsible for internal communication (information boards, invitations, notices, etc.). • Support in organizing company events (e.g., Christmas party, monthly birthday celebrations). • Establish and maintain effective communication with all departments. • Accountable for achieving and reporting departmental goals and results. • Participate in training programs provided by the company. • Attend meetings established by the company. • Responsible for executing personnel transportation processes and policies. • Responsible for executing cafeteria service processes and policies.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 1 year of experience Age: between 24 and 35 years Knowledge: Human resource management, Application of assessments, Workplace climate management, Recruitment, Interview techniques, Organizational behavior, Human resource development Driver’s license: Class A Keywords: generalist, general
