




Ciudad Maderas, creators of cities; we are looking for **recently graduated ARCHITECTS** to join our management team to coordinate, organize, and execute the necessary administrative procedures for our real estate developments, with a focus on document management and coordination of procedures required for development approvals before various government agencies. **Responsibilities**: * **Coordination and Execution:** Submit, manage, and track procedures related to Ciudad Maderas real estate developments. * **Agency Liaison:** Represent the company before key government agencies such as Municipalities, Catastro, Sombra de Arteaga, CEI, and Notaries, among others. * **Organization and Follow-up:** Monitor the progress of procedures, ensuring deadlines and established requirements are met. * **Objective Compliance:** Ensure that all necessary procedures for real estate developments are completed according to Ciudad Maderas guidelines. * **Internal Collaboration:** Work closely with other internal departments to facilitate administrative processes and resolve any issues that may arise. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in ARCHITECTURE * Ability to commute to the **Centro Sur, Querétaro** area * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM **DESIRED SKILLS:** * Experience: Experience managing procedures with government agencies or in similar roles. * Knowledge: Familiarity with administrative processes and regulations related to the real estate sector in Querétaro. * Skills: High organizational ability, effective communication, and strong interpersonal skills when dealing with government agencies and internal teams.
