We are seeking: PLANNER · Job Objective: Ensure efficient procurement and inventory planning by analyzing demand, turnover, inventory levels, and consumption behavior, guaranteeing timely product supply and contributing to reducing stockouts, excess inventory, and tied-up working capital. · KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze historical demand, turnover, lead times, and consumption behavior to generate procurement proposals. Identify opportunities for reducing excess inventory and optimizing working capital. Define and update maximum, minimum, and reorder point levels per SKU, warehouse, and region. Generate procurement suggestions aligned with demand, inventory policy, and commercial forecasts. Analyze and issue procurement recommendations considering available inventory, turnover, demand, and target levels. Manage inter-branch transfers to balance inventory levels. Monitor SKUs experiencing stockouts, overstock, slow movement, and obsolescence. Monitor supply risks related to critical purchase orders and strategic materials. Coordinate with buyers to ensure execution of the supply plan and track significant deviations. Prepare inventory reports, Days on Hand (DOH), excesses, stockouts, and compliance with maximum/minimum levels. Participate in planning improvement projects, inventory cleanup initiatives, and data quality enhancement in Dynamics. Detect deviations in consumption, procurement, or inventory and escalate risks promptly. · SCOPE AND DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY Decides / Recommends: Suggested procurement quantities. Reorder points and target inventory levels. Inter-warehouse transfer recommendations. SKU prioritization based on demand and criticality. Stockout or excess inventory risk alerts. · REQUIRED PROFILE Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. · Experience in: Procurement, inventory, or supply chain planning – minimum 3 years. Multi-branch inventory management. Demand and turnover analysis. ERP usage; Dynamics 365 preferred. Technical Knowledge: Advanced Excel. Power Query. Inventory and Supply Chain KPIs. ABC/XYZ classification. Demand and replenishment planning. English B2 · Competencies: Analytical ability. Organization and follow-up skills. Effective communication. Data-driven decision-making.
