Determination and submission of payments to IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SAT Payroll Analyst – Querétaro A Mexican company with 10 years of experience and a leader in the sale of medium-voltage electrical accessories seeks a Payroll Analyst to join its team. Objective Ensure accurate and timely calculation and payment of payroll and employee benefits in accordance with current legislation, guaranteeing the company’s compliance with labor, tax, and social security obligations in Mexico, as stipulated by IMSS regulations, the Income Tax Law (ISR), and the Federal Labor Law. Responsibilities - Calculate and process weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll - Register new hires, terminations, and salary modifications with IMSS - Calculate severance pay and settlements in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT) - Manage incidents: absences, disabilities, vacations, bonuses, overtime, and incentives - Stamp payroll in CFDI 4.0, on time and correctly - Calculate and determine contributions for IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, and SUA - Submit and track payments to IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SAT - Address and clarify employee inquiries regarding payroll slips Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (degree completed) - Willingness to commute to Parque PYME San Antonio La Galera Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 8:00–17:00 hrs Friday: 8:00–16:00 hrs We Offer - Monthly salary: $18,000–$20,000, depending on experience - Food vouchers: $1,000 - Savings fund: 5% - Year-end bonus: 30 days Job stability and a positive work environment Interested candidates may apply through this channel.
