Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree Experience: Minimum 2 years in the industry (mandatory) Basic knowledge: Maintenance of heavy machinery for construction and/or elevators (optional) Customer-oriented attitude Responsibilities: 1\. Interact with customers to identify and schedule required services. 2\. Organize and manage assigned personnel to attend various service calls. 3\. Plan routes, assign schedules, and allocate materials to ensure the department fulfills requested services. 4\. Possess knowledge of electric and combustion-powered elevators to accurately assess customer needs and provide targeted solutions. 5\. Understand heavy machinery used in the construction industry to accurately assess customer needs and provide targeted solutions. 6\. Implement control over corrective and preventive maintenance activities. 7\. Monitor and manage staff incidents within the department. 8\. Generate and request materials required for service delivery. 9\. Request necessary resources to enable department personnel to deliver services. 10\. Prepare relevant reports for the department.
