Job Summary: We are seeking a Traffic Executive with maritime or air freight experience to organize and supervise cargo clearance, monitor shipments, and ensure operational compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Organizes and supervises import and export cargo clearance. 2. Ensures quality and compliance of traffic operations. 3. Maintains active communication with clients regarding operations. Therefore, we invite you to join our team as a **TRAFFIC EXECUTIVE** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Logistics, International Business, or related field. * Minimum **MANDATORY MARITIME OR AIR FREIGHT EXPERIENCE** of 1–2 years. * Gender: Unrestricted. **Responsibilities:** * Organize and supervise import and export cargo clearance, ensuring timely and safe delivery. * Ensure quality and compliance of traffic operations. * Monitor cargo movement in real time, ensuring uninterrupted delivery to destination. * Prepare, review, and verify required customs clearance documents, such as invoices, customs entries (pedimentos), certificates of origin, etc. * Maintain active and dynamic communication with external clients regarding traffic operations. * Verify correct classification, valuation, and quantity reporting in customs entries (pedimentos). * Monitor shipment arrivals and proactively prepare clearance operations (pre\-alert). * Prepare detailed reports on shipment status, clearance timelines, and any incidents encountered. * Supervise timely and accurate payment of taxes, duties, and other charges associated with cargo clearance. * Schedule preliminary clearance procedures (previos). * Prepare and verify the DODA, COVE, and E\-DOCUMENT. * Perform and verify references in the Internal System (AIPA). **Benefits:** * **COMPETITIVE MONTHLY GROSS SALARY ALIGNED WITH EXPERIENCE** * Savings fund. * Statutory benefits. * Meal vouchers. * Paid hourly leave. * Excellent work environment.
