If you have experience in accounting and are passionate about managing a company’s finances, we’re waiting for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Control and record payments to suppliers, taxes, and other expenses. * Reconcile expenses with bank statements. * Manage accounting accounts, including tracking and updating them. * Record and post expenses in the system, ensuring proper invoice linkage. * Enter and provision invoices in the accounting system. * Prepare monthly closing reports for banks and accounts receivable. * Reconcile income and expense CFDIs with SAT’s database. * Compile information into electronic accounting and upload files to the corresponding servers. * Prepare and issue leasing and other service invoices. * Issue invoices to customers according to instructions from senior management. * Support other assigned accounting tasks. **Minimum Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in a similar position. * **Knowledge and Skills:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Experience with accounting systems such as CONTPAQi, Aspel COI, etc. * Knowledge of current tax regulations. * Analytical skills and results-oriented mindset. **Salary:** * $14,000 – $16,000 per month **Benefits:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Uniforms. * Job stability and growth opportunities.
