You will report directly to the owners, and if you are proactive, strategic, and have solid experience in the key areas outlined below, we want to meet you! What will you do in this role? As an Administrative Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our financial and administrative operations. Your main responsibilities will include: * Accounting Experience (Up-to-date accounting) * Efficiently manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. * Control costs and expenses to ensure resource optimization. * Manage treasury activities with precision and strategy. * Supervise inventories across our business units. * Contribute tax strategies (ideally) for the benefit of the company. * Ensure operational efficiency across three distinct business units. * Apply your knowledge of hotel supplies and event organization. **What are we looking for in you?** Bachelor's degree in Accounting required ° Minimum of 6 years verifiable experience in the mentioned areas, including strong understanding of boutique hotel and event hall operations. ° Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and business units. ° Problem-solving and decision-making skills. ° Excellent communication and leadership skills. **What do we offer?** A challenging and rewarding work environment.
