Responsibilities: * Manage and update quality system documentation (manuals, procedures, work instructions). * Supervise and train inspection and quality assurance personnel. * Assign tasks and establish priorities within the department. * Promote a quality culture throughout the organization. * Establish and monitor control plans, inspection points, and acceptance criteria. * Approve finished products and processes according to specifications. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as rejection rate, rework, specification compliance, etc. * Present reports and improvement proposals to management. Qualifications: * Leadership and effective communication skills. * Solid knowledge of quality standards and statistical tools. * Analytical and problem-solving ability. * Teamwork and decision-making skills. * Proficiency in quality software (SPC, Minitab, ERPs, etc.).
