




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage payroll and incidents, applying knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (FLL) and the Social Security Law with high organization and discretion. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. **Education:** Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. **Requirements:** * Minimum one year of experience in a similar position (payroll and incident management). * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (FLL) and the Social Security Law. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory: formulas, pivot tables). * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Discretion and ability to handle confidential information. **We Offer:** * Salary: $15,000 MXN per month, tax-free. * Transportation allowance: $1,200 MXN per month. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. * Statutory benefits.
