Your mission: You will be responsible for driving a culture of safety, inclusion, and service by managing human talent processes, training, labor relations, and recruitment to ensure sustainable team and store growth. **Job Requirements** ► Completed university studies with degree. ► Experience in personnel administration. ► Advanced knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. ► Experience in preparing payroll, severance payments, and administrative matters. ► Advanced expertise in SUA and IMSS procedures. ► Expert experience in managing job pools. **Job Responsibilities** ► TALENT ACQUISITION: Manage the recruitment process to ensure the right talent is incorporated into the store. ► PAYROLL, SEVERANCE PAYMENTS AND IMSS: Supervise the payroll process, complying with company guidelines and legal regulations, as well as updating the Human Resources system. Manage processes related to IMSS, Fonacot, and severance payments. ► SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: Manage donation programs and Equipos Depot. ► COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Administer salaries according to current pay scales, communicate and implement associate benefit programs, and manage salary administration programs. ► OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH: Supervise the physician assigned to the store and follow up on incidents arising from accidents and illnesses, both for associates and store staff. ► ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS: Ensure proper management of processes through administrative and physical audits, and safeguard information confidentially. **We Offer:** ► Variable Bonus ► Grocery Vouchers ► Savings Fund ► Death Benefit Assistance ► Savings Box ► Funeral Expenses ► Life Insurance ► Those required by law.
