




**Human Resources Intern** **Job Description:** We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and eager-to-learn **Human Resources Intern** who wishes to begin their professional development in a dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to support various Human Capital department processes and gain hands-on experience in personnel management. **Responsibilities:** * Support recruitment and selection processes (posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews). * Maintain and update employee files. * Assist with onboarding and training processes. * Monitor incidents and support administrative tasks within the department. * Participate in workplace climate and internal communication initiatives. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled student in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. * Availability to complete professional internships or social service. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Strong desire to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively. **We Offer:** * Comprehensive learning experience in the Human Resources field. * One meal per day provided by the hotel. * Financial support of $100.00 per day (not $10.00 per hour). * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Internship completion certification (subject to agreement). * Excellent working environment.
