Opportunity for professional growth Position Objective Design, implement, and monitor Organizational Development initiatives focused on strengthening the employee experience, improving the work environment, increasing talent retention, and developing structures that support the organization’s sustainable growth. Responsibilities • Design and implement Organizational Development strategies. • Develop and monitor career plans and internal growth opportunities. • Design organizational structures, job levels, and position categories. • Implement performance evaluation processes. • Develop and analyze organizational climate surveys. • Design and implement talent retention strategies. • Coordinate integration initiatives, organizational culture, and employee engagement. • Manage indicators related to climate, turnover, retention, and job satisfaction. • Participate in organizational change management projects. • Coordinate actions related to NOM-035. • Generate improvement proposals to strengthen the employee experience. • Conduct organizational diagnostics and develop action plans based on findings. Requirements • Completed bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles specifically focused on Organizational Development.
