The position’s objective is to ensure regulatory compliance, maintain current accreditation, safeguard technical impartiality, and lead the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Implement, maintain, and audit the QMS in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Plan and conduct internal audits; manage external audits by accreditation bodies. Lead the closure of nonconformities through root cause analysis and follow-up on corrective/preventive actions. Ensure the validity of results: coordinate proficiency testing, use of reference materials, and trend analysis. Control and update technical documentation, procedures, methods, and certificates. Evaluate staff technical competence and manage signatory authorizations. Apply risk-based thinking and ensure laboratory impartiality. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Engineering degree (Metrology, Chemistry, Industrial, Electronics) or Bachelor’s degree in physical-mathematical sciences. Minimum 2–3 years of experience, preferably with ISO/IEC 17025. Proficiency in measurement uncertainty calculation (GUM), metrological traceability (VIM), and statistics applied to measurement processes. Verifiable course or certification in ISO/IEC 17025:2017 interpretation and Internal Auditor. Knowledge of technical guidelines issued by accreditation bodies (EMA, ANAB, ENAC, etc.).
