We are looking for a **Designer** to join our team to develop innovative solutions in tooling design, workstations, and structures using aluminum profile framing. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting field surveys, 3D/2D modeling, preparing technical reports, supporting the assembly team, as well as participating in material and component selection. ***Requirements:*** * **Education:** Completed or partially completed university degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Design, Electromechanics, or related field. * **Age:** 20 to 40 years old. * **Gender:** No preference. * **Experience:** At least 2 years using 3D and 2D modeling software (professional internships and training periods accepted). * **Languages:** Basic English. * Proficiency in 3D & 2D modeling software (**SolidWorks, AutoCAD**). * Knowledge of mechanical assembly processes. * Use of measuring instruments. * Handling of mechanical and electrical tools. * Basic knowledge of electrical and pneumatic diagrams. * Selection of materials and components (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical). * Preparation of **bills of materials (BOM)** and machining lists. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Design of tooling and workstations. * Conduct part measurements and surveys for 3D & 2D modeling. * Present designs to clients and internal teams. * Design structures using aluminum profile framing. * Create survey reports, meeting minutes, deliverables, and project status updates. * Generate material lists, machining lists, and BOMs. * Provide support to the assembly team during design implementation. ***Required Soft Skills:*** * Proactivity and responsibility. * Assertive communication. * Teamwork and collaboration. * Organization and sense of urgency. * Creativity and innovation in design.
