Cristal y Lavisa S.A DE C.V COUNTER SALES/DATA ENTRY CLERK REQUIREMENTS: \* Completed high school \* 1 to 6 years of experience RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Review the order taken by the salesperson \- Verify customer availability for data entry \- Request customer release in case of blockage \- Enter orders into the TOTVS system \- Inform the customer about their order entry \- Deliver picking list to warehouse for order fulfillment \- Customer service and attention. Provide pricing, promote offer products, new items and slow-moving inventory, and make phone calls to customers to take orders. \- Prepare customer registration request forms. \- Send updated price lists.
