




Job Summary: This position involves ensuring the quality of raw materials and finished products, conducting process audits, developing improvements, and issuing quality alerts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure raw material quality and compliance with customer requirements 2. Development and implementation of improvement projects 3. Ensure that received raw materials comply with specified requirements. 2. Ensure compliance with customer requirements through process audits at various stations, as well as during packaging and shipping. 3. Record quality control activities (e.g., machine stoppages due to quality issues, audits, shipments, etc.). 4. Develop and implement improvement projects. 5. Conduct statistical process control studies where applicable. 6. Issue quality alerts. 7. Verify compliance with rework instructions according to the corresponding work order. 8. Ensure non-conforming products (NCP) are segregated, identified, and properly disposed of to prevent mixing or delivery to the customer. 9. Prepare quality certificates.
