**Job Objective:** Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the company's facilities, equipment, and general services, ensuring their proper operation, availability, and safety. Guarantee uninterrupted operations by maintaining quality standards, organization, and industrial safety. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and execute **preventive and corrective maintenance** programs for facilities, machinery, and equipment. * Perform and supervise **welding, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and masonry** tasks as required by the area. * Ensure the **continuous operation of general services** (water, electricity, compressed air, restrooms, drainage, etc.). * Identify, report, and promptly correct **equipment failures or unsafe conditions** in the facilities. * Coordinate technical personnel and assign daily maintenance tasks. * Manage materials, spare parts, and tools required for maintenance work. * Maintain **records of logs, maintenance reports, and material consumption**. * Assist in the installation or relocation of equipment, infrastructure modifications, or area expansions. * Ensure compliance with **industrial safety and environmental regulations** during all work performed. * Collaborate with other departments (Production, Quality, Safety, Human Resources) to resolve incidents and maintain optimal operating conditions. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electricity, Electromechanics, or related field (partial or completed degree preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum 3 to 5 years in industrial or building maintenance, with proven experience in team leadership. * **Technical Skills:** * Industrial electricity. * Welding (electric, oxy-acetylene, or MIG). * Plumbing and sanitary installations. * Masonry, painting, and carpentry. * Maintenance of compressors, pumps, electric motors, and hydraulic systems. * Reading of electrical and mechanical blueprints. * Industrial safety standards.
