Villas del Sol, behind the Puerta La Victoria shopping center. Applicants must be over 25 years of age. Technical degree in food preparation, gastronomy, or related field — RECENT GRADUATES welcome. DESIRED EXPERIENCE in industrial cafeterias, restaurants, or economical kitchens (SOCIAL SERVICE). Knowledge of inventory control for food supplies. First-in, first-out (FIFO) principle. Weekly menu planning.
