We are seeking a **Full Stack Software Engineer** to join our development team in Querétaro. This position requires a candidate with a strong technical foundation in software architecture, the ability to solve complex problems, and a focus on scaling digital products. The selected candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of features—from backend architecture design to the implementation of efficient user interfaces—ensuring system integrity and performance in a real production environment. **Location:** Querétaro, Qro. (100% on-site). **Responsibilities:** * **Backend Development:** Design and maintenance of robust services using Python (3\.12\+) and Django REST Framework. * **Frontend Development:** Implementation of dynamic and optimized interfaces using React (Vite/Next.js) with TypeScript. * **AI Architecture:** Integration of large language models (LLMs) and orchestration of agents via LangChain/LangGraph to optimize internal processes. * **Data Management:** Optimization of database queries and modeling in PostgreSQL. * **Infrastructure and Quality:** Ensuring deployment stability using Docker in Azure environments, while maintaining clean code standards and unit tests. **Technical Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of verifiable full-stack application development experience in production. * **Stack Proficiency:** * Backend: Advanced Python, Django, Celery, and Redis. * Frontend: Advanced React.js (Hooks, Context, State Management). * Database: Solid experience with PostgreSQL. * **Infrastructure:** Knowledge of Docker and cloud services (preferably Azure). * **Methodologies:** Experience working under agile methodologies and version control (Git). * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Computer Science, Systems, or related field. **We Offer:** * **Employment:** 100% formal employment with an indefinite-term contract. * **Social Security:** Full registration with IMSS from day one. * **Enhanced Benefits:** 20 days of year-end bonus and vacation days as stipulated by current law. * **Tools:** Assigned professional computing equipment. * **Environment:** A work culture centered on technical excellence and professional autonomy.
