Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Analyst to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, filling vacancies with profiles aligned to business needs. Key Highlights: 1. This is a seasonal position, so it will be temporary. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring vacancies are filled with profiles aligned to business needs. This is a temporary position. Main Responsibilities: - Candidate sourcing and attraction via job boards, social media, field recruitment, etc. - Initial screening and interviews - Candidate follow-up during onboarding Requirements: - Completed high school education - Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience for operational roles - Availability to attend the office from 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM, including weekends (this does not mean this will be the actual working schedule) - Experience with social media and job platforms; field recruitment experience We Offer: - Competitive base salary: $11,220 + commissions - Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: - 10% food vouchers - 6% savings fund - 30-day year-end bonus - 50% vacation premium - Life insurance - Medical expense insurance (specialist consultations, laboratory tests, medication discounts, etc.) - Phone allowance: $250 Work Location: Tequisquiapan, Cimatario neighborhood.
