Job Summary: We are seeking a Plant/Operations Manager with proven experience in managing end-to-end operations, accountable for operational results, stability, and compliance—making critical decisions and leading teams. Key Highlights: 1. Take full control of an operation, ensuring accuracy and profitability. 2. Lead teams and make critical decisions for daily operations. 3. Implement tangible improvements and control costs, productivity, and inventory. PLANT MANAGER / OPERATIONS This is not a role for everyone If your experience is limited to supervision or coordination, this role is not for you. We seek someone who has already held full operational control and is accountable for results. The Challenge: Take control of a complete operation and run it with precision, profitability, and operational discipline. You will be responsible for: - Operational results (productivity, costs, compliance) - Operational stability - Performance of middle management - Compliance with customers and senior management You are not here to learn—you are here to execute! What You Will Do: - Manage a complete operation (not isolated departments) - Make critical decisions every day - Control costs, productivity, and labor - Ensure plant-level KPI compliance - Lead supervisors, coordinators, and shift managers - Implement real improvements (not theory) - Control inventory and operations in ERP - Report directly to senior management and customers - Resolve operational issues without escalating everything Non-negotiable Requirements: - Industrial Engineering or Logistics degree (completed) - Proven experience managing full-scale operations - Experience with KPIs, costs, inventory, and productivity - ERP proficiency (WMS, SAP, Oracle, or similar) - Advanced Excel - Conversational English If you do not meet these criteria, please do not proceed with the application!
