Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in industrial maintenance, equipment reliability, and asset management to ensure the proper operation of systems. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in preventive, predictive, and TPM maintenance 2. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues in industrial machinery 3. Knowledge of project implementation and follow-up EDUCATION: Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field; preferably with specialization in industrial maintenance, equipment reliability, automation, or asset management. 5 years of relevant experience Advanced English ISO 14001, 45001, and IATF 16949:2016 Gender-neutral – preference for male candidates $70,000 MXN + Benefits exceeding statutory requirements + Position-Specific Knowledge General knowledge of the IATF 16949 Quality Management System. Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance under the TPM methodology. Knowledge of scheduling maintenance activities (A, B, and C). Knowledge of electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Windows operating systems. Knowledge of diagnosing and resolving issues in injection molding machines, ultrasonic sealers, and automotive paint line equipment. Knowledge of project implementation and follow-up. Knowledge of industrial equipment commissioning and startup. Knowledge of comprehensive maintenance system management. Knowledge of assembly line release procedures. Knowledge of automotive standards applicable to maintenance activities. Knowledge of reading and interpreting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control diagrams. Knowledge of budget generation, administration, and control.
