This role is key to ensuring everything we manufacture is within specification and that our measurement systems are as accurate as they need to be.### **The Role** You will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating measurement system analyses (MSA) and managing statistical process control (SPC). You will also evaluate dimensional inspection personnel and coordinate their training to keep them up to date with best practices. In short: you will ensure quality is non-negotiable. Responsibilities: ### **Key Responsibilities** * Design and execute MSA analyses to ensure accuracy and reliability. * Implement and maintain SPC systems to monitor critical processes. * Analyze data, detect variations, and propose solutions. * Evaluate inspection personnel performance and coordinate their training. * Ensure compliance with ISO regulations and international standards. * Prepare technical reports and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
