We are pleased to invite you to participate in a selection process for the position of **Pallet Adjuster**. **Job Objective:** Ensure continuous and reliable operation of production pallets through real-time technical support, timely mechanical maintenance, and fault diagnosis—thereby guaranteeing production flow, process quality, and proper functioning of mechanical, electrical, and identification (RFID/IoT) systems. **Primary Responsibilities:** Provide immediate line support, perform mechanical adjustments and repairs, verify critical dimensions, address sensor, gage, and electrical connector failures, support RFID/IoT systems, and document activities for continuous improvement—all while complying with safety standards and 5S practices. **Education:** * Technical degree in Maintenance, Mechanics, or related field. * Preferred: Courses or certifications in industrial maintenance. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years in industrial mechanical maintenance, or 3 years in production (Nexteer assembly). * Experience providing line support in production environments. * Preferred experience with pallets, fixtures, or production tooling. **Technical Knowledge:** * Industrial mechanics. * Mechanical adjustments and alignments. * Use of gages and measuring tools. * Reading mechanical drawings. * Repair of electrical connectors. * Basic industrial electricity. * Fundamentals of RFID and IoT (identification, communication, read/write operations). * Industrial safety. **Skills:** * Diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work under pressure. * Attention to detail. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Results-oriented mindset.
