Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive individual to assist in the daily management of the e-commerce channel, ensuring proper store operation, product updates, and efficient order and inventory management. Key Highlights: 1. Manage daily operations of the e-commerce channel (Shopify and TikTok Shop). 2. Basic coordination with logistics and resolution of operational incidents. 3. Requires organization, proactivity, and effective communication. Department: E\-commerce Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs Location: Polígono Empresarial Buenavista, Querétaro. Position Type: Full-time Salary: MXN 12,000 per month Vacancies: 1 Job Objective: To hire an organized and proactive individual to assist and manage daily operations of the e-commerce channel (Shopify and TikTok Shop), ensuring proper store operation, product updates, and efficient order and inventory management. Responsibilities: * Product management within Shopify and TikTok Shop. * Inventory update and control. * Product uploads, including variants, pricing, and tags. * Order tracking and information validation. * Basic coordination with logistics. * Resolution of operational incidents related to orders or products. Required Technical Knowledge: * E\-commerce. * Shopify platform (preferred). * Basic knowledge of TikTok Shop (desirable). * Google Sheets and Docs (desirable). Core Competencies and Soft Skills: * Organization and attention to detail. * Multitasking ability. * Problem-solving skills. * Effective communication. * Proactivity. Minimum Requirements: * Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree (marketing, business administration, or related field). * Experience in e\-commerce (preferred). * Interest in e-commerce. * Organizational and operational skills.
