




1. Design, standardize, monitor, and optimize production processes, ensuring their effectiveness, stability, regulatory compliance, and integration with the food safety management system in accordance with FSSC 22000 and applicable standards. 2. Study and evaluate existing workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and bottlenecks impacting production. 3. Propose and manage new systems and procedures focused on optimizing resource utilization and improving product quality. 4. Ensure processes are scalable and sustainable through control analysis. 5. Lead the implementation of proposed changes, coordinating with relevant departments and ensuring seamless integration of new processes. 6. Manage the following aspects: A. Staff training B. Supervision of machinery adjustments C. Monitoring the transition of proposed changes. 7. Assist and participate in meetings as required. 8. Monitor and maintain project plans, process control, and product development. 9. Develop and participate in continuous improvement of methods, techniques, work areas, technology, and processes. 10. Coordinate, supervise, and/or conduct training for personnel involved in projects, activities, and initiatives related to control and improvement, utilizing internal trainers, external trainers, and/or technology providers. 11. Develop and monitor continuous improvement projects to proactively participate in the company’s new initiatives.
