**DALE DESARROLLOS** Company dedicated to the construction of industrial warehouses and plants, residential buildings, and commercial real estate. **We’re looking for talent as a Designer!** Develop and coordinate architectural, structural, and installation drawings for industrial warehouse construction projects, ensuring functionality, constructability, regulatory compliance, and resource optimization, in coordination with other technical disciplines. **Job Responsibilities:** * Prepare architectural, structural, and detailed drawings for industrial warehouse projects. * Collaborate with civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers to integrate various project systems. * Develop design proposals meeting client requirements, local regulations, and company quality standards. * Participate in project review meetings, correcting or adjusting drawings based on technical feedback or client input. * Produce renders, digital models, or 3D visualizations when required for client presentations or tenders. * Coordinate design efforts with departments such as construction, cost estimation, and site supervision to ensure efficient project execution. **Requirements:** * Education: Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field. * Age: 28–45 years old. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. * Advanced written and spoken English. * Knowledge of industrial warehouse construction processes. **We Offer:** * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * 100% IMSS health insurance coverage. * Punctuality bonus. * Attendance bonus. * Working hours: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. * Grocery vouchers (fully included in your salary). * Santander Bank.
