




**Position Objective** Supervise, verify, and follow up on the proper application of granted credits, final borrowers, and payment management, ensuring compliance with FIRA regulations and financing guidelines established by development banking. Issue technical opinions and reports that enable appropriate decision-making for credit recovery and financial operations. **Main Functions** * Prepare supervision reports on prospect conditions prior to credit approval, issuing corresponding evaluations. * Carry out supervision activities regarding fund utilization, assessment of primary repayment sources, and issue opinions on credit recovery. * Follow up on supervision findings with relevant departments. * Attend to supervisions requested by funding institutions. * Verify and monitor granted credits, final borrowers, and payment transactions. * Evaluate projects and compliance with FIRA and development banking guidelines. **Required Experience and Knowledge** * Coordination and execution of credit supervision activities. * Verification of proper use and monitoring of granted credits. * Knowledge of FIRA regulations, development banking guidelines, and funding processes. * Experience in agricultural and livestock production systems (desirable). * Project evaluation and credit recovery analysis. * Desirable: FIRA certification in supervision. * Desirable: Familiarity with the Bajío region and Querétaro. * Desirable: Good credit history. **Personal Skills** * Analytical ability. * Results-oriented. * Oral and written communication. * Interpersonal skills. * Decision-making. * Teamwork. * Report preparation and database management. **Requirements** * Education: *(specify required: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, Agricultural Engineering, etc.)* * Proficiency in analysis and reporting tools.
