We value the employee experience and promote holistic well-being, because we know the best ideas emerge from happy, committed, and authentic teams. **Your Impact in This Role** * Conducting tests on new products entering the catalog (Optical fiber: cables, splice closures, connectors, hardware, tools; Copper structured cabling: reels, accessories) * Supporting evaluation of new assemblies alongside Product Engineers and Production Engineers. * Preparing test reports. * Providing technical support—via ticket or phone—to the sales department, according to system assignments. * Analyzing product packaging: individual packaging, shipping packaging—including box type, bag type, dimensions, designs, durability, etc. * Collaborating with Product Engineers to improve products and processes. **Requirements** · Intern and/or Technical graduate in Computer Systems; recent graduates in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. · Proficiency using calipers, winches, thickness gauges, colorimeters, and electric cutters (familiarity preferred but not mandatory). · Strong communication skills. · Ability to work effectively in teams and focus on results. **What We Offer** · Competitive salary. · Biweekly payroll. · Meal vouchers, savings fund, transportation allowance, and year-end bonus above legal requirements. · Annual salary increase aligned with inflation. **Emotional Salary:** * Birthday day off * Four personal hours per month * Excellent work environment and approachable leadership **Professional Development:** * Technical training. * Structured career plan with medium- and long-term vision. **Be Part of Something Greater** At Optronics, we believe talent thrives when inspired.
