Development of supervision and customer service skills Internal Plant Supervisor TOTALPLAY Requirements: \- 2 years of experience as an Internal Plant Supervisor \- Completed high school or completed or incomplete bachelor's degree in telecommunications, communications and electronics, or related field \- Experience in fiber optic handling \- Experience working at heights and in underground environments \- Flexible availability for working hours \- Valid driver's license REQUIRED Responsibilities: \- Supervision of field crews \- Field audits \- Customer service \- Tracking of service orders \- On-site technical support \- Identification of training needs and delivery of training \- Submission of weekly reports \- 80% field work, 20% office work SALARY: 13,000 MEXICAN PESOS NET PER MONTH Work Location: Monterrey Job Type: Full-time Salary: $12,500\.00 \- $13,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
