




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Supervisor with experience in FTTH solutions to oversee equipment quality, resolve incidents, conduct staff training, and support the sales team. Conducts training sessions and supports the sales team with customer inquiries. We are currently seeking a Technical Support Supervisor. **Requirements:** * Two years of proven experience in FTTH solutions * Knowledge of OLT, ONT, and television equipment configuration * Knowledge of FTTH networks and telecommunications solutions * Knowledge of outside plant infrastructure * Experience in remote incident handling **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and control equipment quality; resolve failures and incidents * Perform functional testing * Conduct training for internal and external departments * Provide support to the sales team to address customer inquiries promptly * Configure FTTH equipment * Prepare technical incident reports * Deliver direct customer service during sales or post-sales processes Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
