We are looking for committed talent!! **Position Objective:** Ensure operational efficiency of the branch through proper warehouse management, delivery control, operational staff supervision, and direct oversight of counter and dispatch operations, guaranteeing compliance with timelines, service quality, and safety policies. **REQUIREMENTS:** **\*Age:** 30\-40 years old \***Education:** High school diploma or technical degree (preferably in logistics, administration, or industrial engineering) **\*Experience:** 2 to 3 years in warehouse control, logistics, distribution, or operational supervision **\*Knowledge:** Inventory management, transportation control, ERP systems or Excel, operational leadership **\*Skills:** Organization, leadership, communication, problem solving, ability to work under pressure **\*Attitude:** Responsible, disciplined, proactive, focused on internal and external service. **Main Responsibilities**: **1\. Warehouse Management** * Supervise the receipt, storage, safeguarding, and dispatch of goods. * Ensure proper inventory rotation (FIFO) and physical organization of stock. * Coordinate cycle counts and reconciliations with the administrative department. * Control losses, returns, and incident reports. * Maintain the warehouse clean, organized, and properly labeled according to internal standards. **2\. Transportation and Driver Control** * Plan daily delivery routes based on orders and zones. * Supervise adherence to schedules, deliveries, and signed documentation. * Verify mechanical condition, cleanliness, and preventive maintenance of vehicles. * Ensure proper use of logbooks, fuel vouchers, and delivery receipts. * Control the return of delivery slips and report distribution incidents. **3\. Counter Supervision** * Coordinate counter staff to ensure prompt and professional customer service. * Verify prices, promotions, and product availability on the sales floor. * Supervise order, cleanliness, and presentation of the display area. * Assist sales staff and customers with quotes, returns, or inquiries. **4\. Operational Staff Management** * Assign daily tasks to drivers, warehouse workers, and counter staff. * Promote teamwork and interdepartmental communication. * Report incidents, absences, or violations to Human Resources. * Train and periodically evaluate personnel under supervision. **5\. Safety and Maintenance** * Comply with industrial safety regulations and safe material handling practices. * Coordinate maintenance of forklifts, shelves, and warehouse equipment. * Report risks or malfunctions to management for immediate correction. **6\.
