We are seeking personnel to join as: QUALITY MANAGER This position will be responsible for guaranteeing and ensuring compliance with the management system within the Organization, promoting, developing and implementing continuous improvement of processes. · WHAT WE OFFER: * Base salary: $17,000 - $18,000 gross monthly * Direct hiring by the company * 100% IMSS registration * Statutory benefits * Transportation assistance * Subsidized cafeteria * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 ACTIVITIES TO PERFORM: * Coordinate programs for activities in the Quality, Quality Control and Validation departments, formally fulfilling these activities to avoid impacting business objectives. * Provide support to Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Validation departments to ensure any issues are resolved through a collaborative approach and that objectives are met according to Sanitary Regulations. * Develop initiatives and implement them to meet the objectives of Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Validation departments * Management of supervised personnel * Timely follow-up on personnel qualification under the requirements of clause 7.1.2 of the Mexican Official Standard NOM-059-SSA1-2015 Good Manufacturing Practices for Medications Requirements: * Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Biotechnology Engineering, Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or related Industrial Chemical Engineering (degree and professional license required). * Knowledge of current versions of NOM-072, NOM-073, NOM-137, NOM-164, NOM-220, NOM-177, NOM-122, NOM-251 and NOM-259 * Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory Practices, Good Documentation Practices. * International Health Regulations - FDA * Experience in pharmaceuticals or food industry.
