




We are looking for a dedicated Hotel Receptionist with good presentation and a strong service orientation. Responsibilities: * Handle check-in and check-out procedures. * Quote and manage direct reservations and those through digital platforms. * Attend to guests professionally and warmly. * Coordinate communication with different hotel departments. * Manage payments, cash register closures, and administrative reports. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management or related field. * Must reside in Tequisquiapan. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends. * Initiative and positive attitude. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel front desk or customer service. * Strong communication skills and service mindset. * Knowledge of OTAs (Booking, Expedia, PriceTravel, etc). * Ability to issue invoices.
