Listed on the London Stock Exchange; Member of the FTSE 250 index Responsibilities: * Implement and maintain **SPC (Statistical Process Control)** systems in production processes. * Monitor quality indicators and generate statistical reports for decision-making. * Analyze process variations and propose corrective/preventive actions. * Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure process stability. * Train personnel in statistical control tools and quality methodologies. * Participate in internal and external quality-related audits. **Key Competencies** ---------------------- * Proficiency in SPC. * Critical thinking and problem-solving focus. * Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement. * Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments. Qualifications: * **Education:** Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Quality Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in quality control, SPC, or process improvement. * Knowledge of statistical tools (Minitab, JMP, advanced Excel). * Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other relevant standards. * Analytical skills, effective communication, and teamwork. * Intermediate-to-advanced English (desirable).
