ATCS engineers in the field and in product development work closely with our customers to understand their technology needs now and in the future. Under the supervision of the Quality Manager, responsible for addressing production program requirements; implementing manufacturing methods and processes, defining production standards, labor requirements, production flow design, plant layout, equipment/tool/material utilization, optimizing available resources. Experience and Requirements **Experience:** * Ensure products shipped to customers comply with all specified requirements and specifications. * Design, define, and improve inspection, testing, and acceptance/rejection criteria. * Develop and review quality assurance plans, sampling plans, and process control plans. * Generate and manage AQP/PPAP documentation for approval of new products or changes. * Coordinate and respond to customer complaints using methodologies such as 8D. * Conduct internal, process, and supplier audits, defining and implementing corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with internal and external calibrations of measurement equipment. * Serve as liaison between departments to ensure product quality throughout the entire production chain. * Analyze rejections, non-conformities, and red tags, generating improvement plans. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and risk analysis to prevent failures and optimize processes. **Requirements:** * Mechanical, Mechatronics or Robotics, or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing industry. * English proficiency: 80%. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Problem-solving skills.
