PPAP documentation preparation and FAI tracking **Join our team as a Project Engineering Coordinator** **Atizapán de Zaragoza \| Metal-Mechanical Sector \| On-site** **What impact will you make in this role?** You will be responsible for coordinating project development from conception through implementation, ensuring proper integration among engineering, production, and customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Generate APQP to track on-time delivery per part number or per project for each customer’s FAI request. * Prepare PPAP documentation according to the level requested by the customer; whenever required, submit and upload PPAP documentation to customer portals for release. * Track First Articles from the moment the FAI order is received across various departments until customer approval. * Perform product development (product drawings) in SolidWorks as clearly as possible to enable trouble-free manufacturing. * Issue purchase requisitions for new tooling required to manufacture new products, ensuring proper functionality on each machine. * Define product characteristics required for control purposes. * Develop and implement necessary visual aids for the process. * Prepare ergonomic packaging instructions per part number, aligned with customer-specific requirements or IMMSA standards. * Notify product engineers of any process changes to update routings and structures. * Generate CAD/CAM programs for production manufacturing and verify that the first piece meets specifications. **Education:** Engineering / Bachelor’s Degree (completed) **Experience:** * Minimum 2 to 5 years in a similar position (preferably within industrial or manufacturing sectors). * Knowledge of Core Tools * SolidWorks * Metal-mechanical processes **Knowledge and Skills:** * Technical English * Intermediate Excel (database handling and pivot tables preferred). * Excellent verbal and written communication. * Organization and punctual follow-up. * Customer orientation and problem-solving ability. * ISO 9000 / ISO 4001 regulatory knowledge What We Offer * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Company-provided transportation (San Pedro and Nicolás Romero) * 100% IMSS contributions * Statutory benefits \+ profit sharing * Subsidized cafeteria * Real opportunities for professional growth * Job stability within an established company Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (On-site) Why Join Us? * You will become part of an expanding industrial-sector company offering an excellent work environment and a strong focus on talent development.
