Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to monitor operational efficiency, coordinate mold changes, and apply continuous improvement tools to ensure quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor OEE and operational efficiency. 2. Coordinate mold changes and ensure compliance with PFMEA. 3. Apply continuous improvement tools (Lean, Kaizen). Responsibilities: * Execute the production schedule in accordance with QMS standards. * Monitor OEE and operational efficiency. * Coordinate mold changes (SMED). * Ensure compliance with process PFMEA. * Validate parameter sheets and operation standards. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Reduce internal PPM. * Apply continuous improvement tools (Lean, Kaizen). * Ensure product traceability. Requirements: * Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field. * 3 years of experience in plastic injection molding. * Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, and Core Tools. * Proficiency in OEE management. * Audit experience.
