




Responsible for supervising workflow at our facilities, advising staff, resolving problems, and serving as a liaison between subordinates and senior management. The objective is to ensure operations are conducted productively to guarantee profitability and sustainable growth. * Set performance goals and deadlines aligned with the company’s plans and vision, and communicate them to subordinates * Organize workflow and ensure employees understand their assigned roles or tasks * Monitor employee productivity and provide feedback and guidance; receive complaints and resolve issues * Relay information between senior management and employees, and vice versa; prepare and submit performance reports * Make decisions regarding bonuses and promotions based on performance; ensure compliance with legal and company policies and procedures, and implement disciplinary actions when necessary. * Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position * Customer service orientation * Teamwork * Personnel leadership * Administrative skills
