Responsibilities: Implement and supervise the Quality and Food Safety Management System. Ensure compliance with GMP, SSOP, HACCP, and applicable regulations. Coordinate internal and external audits, as well as inspections by health authorities. Manage microbiological testing and process quality control. Track non-conformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions. Train staff on quality and hygiene topics. Supervise documentation, records, and product traceability. ✅ Requirements: Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related degree. Minimum 3 years of experience in the food industry. Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and sanitary regulations. Leadership, organizational skills, and results orientation. Immediate availability.
