Handle internal and external audits (customers, certification bodies, NADCAP, etc.) and coordinate corrective actions. Apply and lead problem-solving methodologies to systematically identify root causes and implement corrective actions for nonconformities to prevent defect recurrence. (e.g., 8D, DMAIC, Ishikawa, 5 Whys) Develop and validate process controls, as well as monitor critical process variables. Ensure and validate traceability of applicable document changes to the process, such as control plans, work instructions, and related quality procedures; collaborate closely with Process Engineering, Production, and Maintenance to ensure process robustness. Train operational and technical personnel on quality topics applicable to special processes. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on scrap reduction, rework reduction, and process variability reduction. **But what else?
