We are looking for a Project Manager based in Mexico, preferably Querétaro, to manage **new customer installations, system upgrades, and** **software migrations** for primarily U.S.\-based customers. This role requires strong coordination skills, technical awareness, and the ability to work effectively across time zones. The Project Manager will work closely with customers, internal engineering teams, and executive management. Initial projects will be overseen in close collaboration with senior leadership. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage end\-to\-end project execution for **software installations, upgrades, and migrations.** * Coordinate with U.S.\-based customers on timelines, requirements, and migration plans. * Work closely with internal engineering, support, and product teams throughout implementation and migration phases. * Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and potential customer impact. * Ensure installations, upgrades, and migrations are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards. * Communicate clearly with stakeholders and provide regular status updates. * Support continuous improvement of implementation and migration processes. **Required Qualifications:** * Experience as a Project Manager or similar role in **software implementations, upgrades, or migrations.** * Experience coordinating system upgrades or migrations is highly desirable. * Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) are required. * Ability to work with customers and teams in the U.S. time zone. * Solid organizational and coordination skills. * Comfortable working in a technical environment (no deep coding required). * Based in Mexico; Querétaro strongly preferred. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working with enterprise or B2B software. * Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software deployments, SaaS, or on\-prem environments. * Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) is a plus. * Experience working in a multicultural, international environment.
