DESCRIPTION *We are looking for an experienced* ***Warehouse Leader*** *to join our team, a leading distributor of raw materials for various industries.* ***Location:*** *El Carmen, Querétaro.* **Key Responsibilities:** * **Operations Coordination:** Lead and supervise daily warehouse activities, including material labeling, order preparation, and product picking and dispatch. * **Inventory Management:** Ensure accurate recording of all incoming and outgoing goods, strictly applying the FIFO (First In, First Out) method. Coordinate and carry out monthly and annual inventories to maintain record accuracy. * **Control and Receiving:** Supervise the receipt of materials, ensuring they meet specifications and requirements. Review invoices and purchase orders to verify alignment with orders. * **Organization and Safety:** Ensure maintenance of an organized, clean, and safe work environment, following established regulations for occupational risk prevention. * **Maintenance and Logistics:** Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure optimal operation. * **Personnel Supervision:** Lead and motivate the warehouse team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. **Job Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum of two years of verifiable experience in similar warehouse or logistics leadership roles. * **Education:** High school diploma required. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
