Job Summary: Supervise production operations, manage personnel, ensure quality and material supply to prevent line stoppages. Key Responsibilities: 1. Personnel management and operator training 2. Quality assurance and material supply 3. Activity supervision and deviation detection * Submit material requisitions to the Raw Materials Warehouse according to the Production Schedule and/or Production Order. * Assign workloads to subordinates in accordance with the Production Schedule. * Train operators on the use of pneumatic tools and process development. * Guide and train operators according to the activities of each process. * Supervise the activities of subordinates. * Verify that raw materials are available on the production floor to prevent line stoppages. * Ensure that parts meet required finish and quality standards. * Notify the Production Manager and Quality Department upon detecting deviations in parts.
