We are a tomato greenhouse, looking for a **Packaging Supervisor** responsible for coordinating and supervising all activities in the area, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, quality and food safety standards, and team operational efficiency. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and ensure fulfillment of orders and shipments. * Plan weekly packaging and shipping schedules. * Coordinate projections and performance analysis. * Monitor machinery operation and request maintenance when necessary. * Control inventory and material requisitions. * Prepare weekly payroll and report personnel incidents. * Implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce turnover. * Ensure compliance with food safety, security, and hygiene regulations. * Maintain effective communication with production, quality, procurement, and customers. **Requirements** * **Education:** Degree in Logistics, Food Science, Business Management, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in a similar position. * **Age:** 20 to 50 years old. * **Gender:** No preference. * **Knowledge:** Inventory control, quality management, data handling, payroll, and team leadership. * **Skills:** Assertive communication, leadership, problem analysis and resolution. * **Values:** Responsibility, honesty, discipline, and respect. **We Offer** * Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Job stability.
