A company dedicated to mobile phone sales is seeking a **Store Manager** for its branch located at Plaza Milenio. **Position Objective:** Provide personalized customer service to promote, advise, and close sales of mobile phone products and services, ensuring a satisfactory shopping experience and achievement of sales targets. **Main Responsibilities:** \* Direct customer service \* Prepare quotations for rate plans and devices \* Sell telephone equipment \* Open and close the store \* Cash register reconciliation and closing \* Manage returns or data entry errors \* Interact with suppliers \* Respond to phone calls and messages through various platforms **Requirements:** Completed high school diploma (mandatory) 1 to 2 years of experience in Telcel stores or authorized distributors Knowledge of Telcel plans, devices, and platforms Basic knowledge of Excel, point-of-sale systems, and payment terminals Sales, negotiation, and customer service skills **WE OFFER:** * Base salary of **$12,000 NET** * Uncapped commissions * Statutory benefits * Direct hiring with the company **Work Schedule:** 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, and 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, with one weekday off **Work Location:** Plaza Milenio, Querétaro If you meet the requirements, apply now and we will contact you.
