Job Summary: We are seeking a team coordinator for a large pharmacy, responsible for overseeing operations, ensuring customer service quality, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of work teams and operational management of business units 2. Supervision and management of team activities at the branch 3. Join the team of one of the largest pharmacies in the country. **Your responsibilities will include:** * **Supervising and managing** the branch team’s activities. * Ensuring the **correct implementation of current processes and policies.** * Delivering **customer service** in accordance with established service standards. * **Supervising inventory updates and control.** * Meeting and ensuring achievement of **sales and management targets.** **What we are looking for:** * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferably in Economics, Administration, or Marketing). * Minimum **2 years of experience** in similar positions. * Experience coordinating teams within the **retail** sector. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. **What we offer:** * Monthly salary: $17,267 MXN before taxes. * **Full statutory benefits** * Monthly performance bonuses (variable) * **Grocery vouchers** * Savings fund * **Life insurance** * Guarantee bonus for the first two months: $3,500\.00 per month **Fixed schedules:** * Monday to Friday: 10 am to 3 pm and 7 pm to 11 pm * Saturdays: 10 am to 3 pm * Fixed day off on Sundays.
