We invite you to participate in our recruitment and selection process for: **STORE MANAGER** Requirements: Education: Completed High School or Partially/fully completed Bachelor’s Degree (aligned with the position) * Responsibilities: Ensure achievement of annual sales budget and operational profitability targets for your store, as defined by the Operations Director. * Ensure zero deviations in inventory administration * Guarantee high-quality customer service from store staff Experience: * **Minimum 1 year as BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER** in a similar field (self-service stores, grocery stores, convenience stores, etc.) * Proficiency in sales strategies, inventory control, shrinkage control, customer service, cash handling, personnel management, and marketing.
